My Story
I was born and raised in Austria, in a valley surrounded by mountains. The constant presence of these towering summits instilled in me a deep love and connection for the natural world. This connection has shaped a firm and unwavering foundation in me that I call ‘groundedness’, a resolute sense of self that presents as calm and authentic and guides all my interactions.
From Austria to Australia
— Jay Loacker

It is with these humble qualities that I respectfully hold space.
Throughout my career, I have built a unique blend of business, social and mindfulness-based skills.
My early education was completed at a specialised school for international business in Austria. After graduation I worked for a leading financial institution in Liechtenstein, before moving to Australia and commencing my Bachelor of Social Work degree.
The change of careers was very much driven by a need to contribute to society more meaningfully. I am also incredibly curious, forever seeking new experiences that allow me to grow personally and professionally. That’s partly why, at the same time, I also completed my studies as an advanced yoga teacher and started teaching.
My heart and intuition guide me, and I have routines and practices that allow me to listen to both.
Since graduating I have worked both as a yoga teacher and social worker in the field of family violence and sexual assault. Thanks to this work I relate deeply to the human experience, and I can comfortably sit with others in joy and suffering.
It comes as no surprise that my years working at the frontline have greatly shaped my understanding of structural and cultural inequalities, particularly in the field of gender equality.

We know that when we lift women up, we lift children up, we lift our families up, and we lift our economy up. All of society benefits.
I believe that we are at a turning point in human history. Time and time again we are reminded of the deep and systemic inequities and disparities that our culture has created. This has come at a great cost for humanity and our planet. I think change is inevitable. But where there is change and uncertainty there is also endless possibility and opportunity, and this opportunity greatly inspires and excites me.
If ever there has been a time to take risks, step into courage, be seen, and meaningfully contribute to society it is now.
I believe that the solutions to many of our dilemmas are found in the voices that have not been heard. Half of our population has historically been under-utilised. There is enormous potential right there.
At the core of my work is a deep commitment to contribute meaningfully to society and work towards equity, so that all humans have the same rights and opportunities across all sectors of the community.

I am dedicated to supporting women worldwide to clearly define their unique purpose and paths to increase their presence in business, communities, and all arenas of life.
I also support organisations that aspire to lead the way towards a more equitable and diverse workforce and leadership group. I do all this by providing one-on-one coaching, business consulting, inspirational workshops, and online courses.
All offers focus on personal and professional development that includes themes such as resilience, emotional intelligence, conscious communication, leadership skills and conflict resolution.
My skill is in connecting intuitively with individuals and organisations, naturally sensing their potential and where growth can be found.
